He aims to create a "Signature" focal point for his restaurant chain in Germany, with an impressive Hong Kong style. The investor envisions a modern restaurant as a suitable place for relaxation, quick dining, and enjoying new food and drinks. The restaurant serves exclusively Vietnamese dishes with an Asian flavor. Therefore, alongside modern and spacious elements, we have incorporated traditional Vietnamese details for foreign guests or those who want to experience Vietnamese culture in particular or Asian cuisine in general when visiting.
Design Process
Advantages
The restaurant's location, situated on a wide road, makes it easy to attract customers. Its convenient traffic location enables immediate customer attraction, facilitating PR and advertising activities. The restaurant's new and fresh Hong Kong-style design is an advantage that helps it stand out and become more appealing in Germany.
After creating detailed drawings, KenDesign closely followed the 3D drawings, consulting with the investor on various construction-related matters and making flexible changes in the choice of materials and interior products to fit each space and optimize the budget for the customer.
Challenges
The restaurant design is located in the Federal Republic of Germany, making direct communication between the architect and the investor, as well as site inspection and assessment, challenging due to geographical distance.
