The 3D landscape design of Liu Li Jing tea shop in Quang Ninh perfectly meets the current customer trends, offering a beautiful space that combines industrial and tropical styles. The true beauty and uniqueness of this space are even more evident after the completion of the construction process. The well-organized and spacious layout of the shop will make you feel comfortable. The 120m2 floor area was meticulously constructed, featuring an open architectural layout. Large glass windows facing the sea provide Liu Li Jing with an impressive panoramic view.
Liu Li Jing is not a space that overwhelms you at first glance; instead, it has a simple exterior with the brand name in green and the shop's logo. This design limitation posed a significant challenge during construction due to the area's architectural regulations that restricted structural changes to the building. Therefore, we chose the color green and a prominent white background for the shop's simple and eye-catching signage. The large signage, placed at an elevated position, ensures that customers can spot the shop from a distance.
Astonishingly Fresh Interior
To closely align the construction of Liu Li Jing with the design and ensure both aesthetics and functionality, Ken Design used three prominent materials: wood, iron, and wallpaper. Wood was primarily used for the shop's flooring, with bright colors and beautiful grain patterns that create a modern and solid aesthetic. Additionally, the wooden furniture, such as the ordering counter and seating, contributes to the modern and durable atmosphere.
For the shop's walls, wallpaper was chosen as the main material, replacing traditional paint or hand-drawn designs. Wallpaper with consistent large patterns reduces the risk of imperfections during installation and ensures faster installation progress, aligning with the construction timeline. Wallpaper also prevents concerns about getting dirty or having an unpleasant odor, which can be associated with freshly painted surfaces.
