Uniquely Familiar in the Same Milk Tea Space
Not a new milk tea brand, Royal has been serving customers for many years. Therefore, the investor wanted a creative design for the milk tea shop that could ensure the distinctive and exclusive features in the design, while also creating unique characteristics that only Royal Tea at Yen Nghia Bus Station possesses. This was not a simple task for the architect as blending familiar details or branding with new and innovative elements required experienced and imaginative architects.
The Royal Tea milk tea shop at Yen Nghia Bus Station is designed on an area of 70m2 with one main floor and a mezzanine. This creates a unique architectural space, and the investor wanted to leverage this to create a milk tea shop with a beautiful view, catering mainly to young customers. Hence, the design and how to make it suitable became the requirements that the investor wanted Ken Design to achieve.
This is not the first time that Ken Design has undertaken the design for the Royal Tea chain of milk tea shops, so it demanded new ideas in the design, avoiding monotony or lack of creativity. It was both an opportunity and a challenge for the architects, and we discussed and proposed the most suitable design solution to meet the desires of the investor.
Cozy and Delicate are the Keynotes of Royal Tea
Starting with the exterior design of the Royal Tea milk tea shop, we created focal points by using mysterious black color with unique wave patterns. The brand name "Royal Tea" in white color and the red logo were retained in their font size and style, allowing customers to quickly recognize this milk tea brand. The exterior was designed with glass materials, enabling customers to easily observe the inside of the shop and make orders proactively.
The interior of the milk tea shop is a blend of gentle furniture colors with prominent yellow accents in the decor, creating a cozy and friendly atmosphere. Raw industrial-style walls were used in the design to add a strong character.
One of the highlights of the 3D design for the Royal Tea milk tea shop is that we did not use a single type of furniture; instead, various furniture styles and materials were used in the shop to offer customers a variety of unique and diverse photo angles. That's why you will always love this space.
The walls of the shop were adorned with artistic paintings or simple but attractive frames. The space of the shop is guaranteed with an impressive hanging light system. A few green potted plants were placed in the restaurant to bring harmony and balance to the design.
The highlight of the Royal Tea milk tea shop at Yen Nghia Bus Station is undoubtedly the bar counter, designed with a unique wooden honeycomb pattern. Positioned right at the entrance, it will surely captivate the attention of all customers as they step into the shop.
A light and warm milk tea space will be ideal for the weekend. The investor loved and admired the design drawing. Let's wait for the realization of this Royal Tea milk tea shop.
