HeekCaa is one of the beloved bubble tea chain brands with distinctive features and a consistent brand identity and design style. Therefore, Ms. Huong as the investor wishes to open a new branch to meet the growing demand of customers.
In this new location, the element of cost-saving is given top priority by Ms. Huong. Therefore, all the furniture in HeekCaa Nguyen Dinh Chieu will be reused. This is also one of the challenging tasks for the architects. After a period of use, the furniture and seating in the café need to be rearranged and creatively changed to bring a fresh and comfortable atmosphere for the customers.

Previously, the area that Ms. Huong rented had been used for clothing and coffee shops, so the first task was to renovate and refresh the restaurant's space, especially the wall colors. Ken Design continued to use white - the main color theme of Heekcaa. With this color scheme, the restaurant's ambiance always maintains a fresh, modern, and impressive appearance.
The architect effectively applied the 60-30-10 color rule in HeekCaa Nguyen Dinh Chieu. 60% of the space is covered in white, 30% of the area features black accents; these two contrasting tones create artistic effects and unique decorations. Additionally, the remaining 10% uses impressive colors like pink, gold, and green, and the hues of the wall-hanging paintings become prominent focal points that attract customers.
The furniture, including chairs and the counter for preparing drinks, was kept as they were still in good condition and suitable for the modern design style. Therefore, the design and completion of the 3D layout were faster. With a two-story space, HeekCaa Nguyen Dinh Chieu can serve a large number of customers.
To refresh the space, we added new paintings on the walls to create beautiful areas for customers, especially for young people who enjoy taking photos. Sufficient lighting, along with the refreshed and attractive space, will undoubtedly contribute to the stability and effectiveness of the business.
