Overview of The Union Club Design Project
The Union Club is designed with a predominant style of modern luxury and warmth. The design aims to create a spacious and cozy environment, while still maintaining its characteristic allure. Due to the limited size of the bar, the design optimally utilizes space in the front, inside (AC area), and the garden at the back for customers.
Design Concept
The investor desires to create a Cocktail Bar space focusing on cocktails, with light background music for customers to relax, chat, and enjoy food and drinks. A space that can be a "retreat" for those seeking a sense of relaxation, leaving behind their every day worries.
In addition, recognizing the current trend of customers' desire for check-ins and photos, we have added details to create highlights in areas such as the entrance and front façade to make impressive check-in points.
Certainly, investors are aware that the Bar Club model is becoming increasingly popular and competitive. The investor wants their bar to have a design concept that is different from other bars in Saigon. Understanding this, the Ken Design team researched and deeply studied this model. Ultimately, the architects brought forth the design concept for The Union Club and received the satisfaction of the investor.

Connection between Exterior and Interior Space
The design of The Union Club is impressive right from the exterior space. Our architects brought creative ideas; the club entrance is not directly next to the front façade. The design is divided into 2 paths with 2 different guest spaces. The entrance is uniquely designed, with a curved wall running along the entrance, parallel to it is an LED wall with the name and logo of the club, creating an attractive focal point for check-ins and photos. This impressive entrance design will attract customers and stimulate their curiosity about the interior space of the club.
The exterior of the club with an attractive gray tone, while inside, warm color tones create a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Derived from the design concept and inspiration from the club's name, the front façade has a creative lighting system to attract customers. The design of The Union Club has been meticulously and carefully calculated to ensure that every space is harmonious and unified. The interior of The Union Club will connect and blend seamlessly with the flowers to create an overall integration.
The design balances between decorative flowers and ensures moderation with an environment not overwhelmed by flowers. The design team made commendable efforts in meticulous calculations to express sophistication and elegance.
Impressive Interior Space of The Union Club
In terms of the structure of the interior space, The Union Club is modern with prominent neutral colors and asymmetrical designs. Walking from the outside, there is a pathway. New materials like glass, steel, and concrete were used during the construction of the club to highlight the modern space. Most importantly, these designs always create a comfortable, convenient, and harmonious feeling for customers.
The design of The Union Club aims to create check-in spaces to serve the "virtual living" needs of all guests. The interior of The Union Club has the characteristics of a Lounge space: large leather sofas made of glossy leather with a classic red wine color are extremely classy. Tall-legged tables are placed along the entrance to save space for the club.
The target customer group for the club is clear. Therefore, the club has a very gentle, relaxed space. As a sophisticated cocktail bar, the club uses furniture, tables, and sofas with warm muted tones. With a relatively small space, the club expresses its personality very well. The walls are designed in muted tones, combined with patterned materials for sophistication and luxury. Materials are also used in muted, dark tones to match the overall theme. Although the space is small, the interior design for the club is spacious and open.

The service bar area is designed to be at the right height, and high-legged chairs are added. The construction team also adjusted the design of the counter surface to provide customers with comfortable leg space when sitting. Lighting and colors are cleverly coordinated, combined with the layout to create a spectacular color spectrum effect for the counter area.
With a long-designed bar counter, seats are arranged around it to explore the unique cocktail flavors. The Union Club Design highlights the main bar counter area for bartender performances. Combining decorative lights with alphabet shapes creates attractive focal points, adding a unique personality to the space.
Outdoor Space - Back Garden Area
The Union Club attracts customers with the rear garden area, arranged with high chairs for 2 people and small groups of 4-5 people. Greenery is arranged around to create a pleasant atmosphere. Functional areas are also designed to be convenient while ensuring the aesthetics of the club.
Lighting System
Spotlights are arranged at each seating position to suit the business model. The lighting system is cleverly arranged, and this is the factor that makes a significant difference in the project. Although not using direct light sources, the outstanding details are highlighted. This is all thanks to the hidden LED lighting system along the frame of the furniture, chairs, and walkways. Light is emitted from the source throughout, ensuring visibility for customers when moving.
Therefore, each space is meticulously calculated, from how the lights should illuminate, and how the surrounding decorations should be arranged, to the use of sophisticated or warm color tones, etc.
