Eye-catching Corner Location of Rosier Smart City
With high expectations for success like the first two branches, Rosier's third branch was strategically positioned in a beautiful location within Smart City – a premium apartment complex by Vingroup. With an area of 75 m2, Rosier Smart City boasts a valuable corner lot with two facades. This unique location enhances the café's visibility and attracts many customers, including local residents.
Accuracy in Rosier's 3D Rendering
It can be said that this Rosier branch was executed with exceptional precision, with an accuracy rate of 98% compared to the 3D rendering. The layout closely resembles the original design, including seating areas, chairs, bar counter, etc., all aligned accurately with the 3D plan. Even the decorative details such as wall-mounted letters and plants were chosen as per the original 3D design. This ensures a cohesive and well-planned café that matches the envisioned concept.
However, during the construction of Rosier Smart City, there were some minor differences from the 3D rendering. These include the wooden cladding for pendant lights and the column covers on the long central bench. Nevertheless, these differences are minimal and do not significantly impact the overall ambiance of the café.
Modern and Youthful Vibes in Every Corner of Rosier
Following the owner's vision and the 3D rendering, Rosier adopts a modern and youthful style, infused with a touch of softness and romance inspired by Korean cafes. After completion, Rosier lives up to expectations and presents itself as envisioned.
Design of Rosier Cafe - Vinsmart
Firstly, in terms of materials, Rosier uses reasonably priced but durable materials such as wood and steel. Wooden elements dominate the design of tables and chairs, with some steel details. These materials are familiar in modern styles, providing simplicity and approachability, aligning with the café's spirit.
The dominant color scheme consists of three tones: white, brown, and gray. White is a signature color of Rosier, as previous branches mostly used this color throughout the café. Light brown wood complements the white background, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, a light gray shade is used for the fully tiled walls and the lower part of the walls. While brown and white colors provide clear contrasts, gray serves as a balancing point, contributing to a minimalist and modern ambiance. Importantly, this color scheme is suitable for capturing attractive Instagram photos, as it does not create visual clutter.
The design of Rosier's tables and chairs is thoughtful and perfectly suits the café's space. To optimize space in the not-so-large café, they opted for long bench seating, accommodating more customers. However, instead of using just one or two types of benches, each area of Rosier features different seating arrangements. The central area has long benches where customers can sit on both sides, combined with single chairs and stools.
The glass wall area on the left side of the café features high bar seating, allowing customers to enjoy the outside view. Additionally, the other corners feature double and single tables, low seating along the walls, and stools. All furniture pieces exhibit simplicity, practicality, and a subtle color palette, offering customers more variety when visiting.
Notable Unique Designs at Rosier Smart City include the use of uplighting for the bar counter and under-bench lighting. Moreover, the bench seating in the central area is uniquely covered with mirrors, creating an eye-catching and distinctive element. These design details contribute to the café's Korean-inspired aesthetics, adding a delightful and impressive visual appeal.
